WAREHOUSE &​ OPS ORGANIZATION

Albion 1879’s international logistics team manages imports by sea, air, and road from Asia, the Americas, Europe, and the Caribbean. For over 20 years, we’ve partnered with a third-party bulk warehouse in Guadalajara (50 km from Madrid) to handle picking and distribution for wholesale, retail, and key accounts.​

The warehouse is fully integrated with our SAP system, enabling seamless order registration, product data syncing, and customized labeling per customer. For El Corte Inglés, EDI connectivity ensures direct order transmission, processing, and invoicing based on their specifications.​

Retail store supply mirrors wholesale operations, with adjusted timing and broader product assortments delivered weekly or biweekly. The process is overseen by our Senior Director, supported by 8 operations and customer service staff, and a bilingual logistics specialist coordinating international freight.​

Our systems provide fast and efficient daily sales control, sell-through tracking, drop shipping management, and comprehensive handling of full concession and hybrid wholesale models.
